This role works closely with member cooperatives, Wabash teams, and external partners to collaboratively pursue and shape large load opportunities such as data centers and advanced manufacturing.

The Operations Assistant will collaborate closely with the Purchasing Coordinator to ensure the timely procurement and management of materials, directly supporting the Electric Operations and Engineering teams. This is a bargaining Unit position. 

Job responsibilities include – Create, coordinate, and execute all marketing and member service plans, manage key account activity and member rebate programs, develop and manage website and social media activity, organize, and conduct member education programs, maximize member satisfaction levels.
