Performs, or assists in the performance of, fundamental tasks involving the building and grounds maintenance of substation facilities. Participates in on-the-job training and other educational opportunities in order to attain substation skills and knowledge.

Performs assigned projects, procedures, or tasks at a level of independent expertise, involving the installation, calibration, testing, inspection, repair and maintenance of all types and kinds of power quality instruments, watthour meters, and metering and meter communications equipment.

The communication intern plays a key supporting role in bringing IEC’s voice and brand to life across multiple platforms. This position is ideal for a curious, detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
