The Billing and Member Services Manager is responsible for managing the member services, billing and communication roles of the cooperative.

Supports effective use and maintenance of GIS, including maintenance of the electric and fiber connectivity model within GIS for use by OMS, map viewer, and engineering software. Collecting and maintaining accurate asset and inventory data in GIS. Ensuring the accuracy and usefulness of the data.

Serves as an apprentice to a lineworker by constructing, replacing, and maintaining electric distribution lines, structures, and equipment. Actively engages in an apprentice program acquiring journeyman lineworker skills.
