Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all member-facing functions of the cooperative ensuring an exceptional member experience while advancing the cooperative’s mission, values, and strategic goals.

Performs, or assists in the performance of, fundamental tasks involving the building and grounds maintenance of substation facilities. Participates in on-the-job training and other educational opportunities in order to attain substation skills and knowledge.

Performs assigned projects, procedures, or tasks at a level of independent expertise, involving the installation, calibration, testing, inspection, repair and maintenance of all types and kinds of power quality instruments, watthour meters, and metering and meter communications equipment.
